Menu Deck offers digital menu management, QR menus, AI-assisted menu import and content generation, analytics, and support tools for restaurants.

Users must have authority to act on behalf of the restaurant they represent.

Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of menu items, pricing, ingredients, allergen information, descriptions, and images.

Users must keep their account credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Restaurants retain ownership of all content they upload. By uploading, you grant Menu Deck a limited license to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of delivering the service.

Menu Deck uses AI to assist with menu import, descriptions, and image generation. AI-generated content may contain errors and must be reviewed by restaurant owners before publication.

Restaurants remain solely responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, ingredients, allergen disclosures, and regulatory compliance.

Menu Deck may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Menu Deck is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mykdemion Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Menu Deck.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
